Maybe you ask why we´re interested just in the American Civil War and in this particular regiment. It´s absolutely clear:

Even in this regiment you could find Czechs and it´s the honor for us to remind their presence in the American Civil War to the people from the Czech country. Our aim is also the so-called "Living History". In the Czech translation it means an authentic period of life - in our case it´s the period of 1861 - 1865.
